My Credentials

I began my professional career as a Master’s level speech-language pathologist and remain a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Massachusetts (license no. 1546). After a 15-year career as a speech pathologist working in many different healthcare settings, I began a private speech practice to serve corporate clients. I became interested in life/executive coaching while working as a corporate speech trainer. I graduated from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, CA with a coaching certificate in Individual and Organizational Coaching (CHIC). I coach clients around career transitions and other major life changes. My exposure to coaching sparked interest in going deeper into psychology. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts (license no. 6380). Along with my private practice as a mental health counselor, I continue to work part-time in community mental health. My counseling specialties include treating trauma and depression/anxiety in teens and adults. Recently I became a Certified Wellness Coach by Wellcoaches, Inc. and the American College of Sports Medicine (cWC) following my own challenges around adopting a healthier lifestyle.

I am currently very pleased to be offering my services as a life/wellness coach and psychotherapist for teens and adults.
