My Credentials

I began my professional career as a Master’s level speech-language pathologist and remained a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Massachusetts until recently. After a 15-year career as a speech pathologist working in many different healthcare settings, I began a private speech practice to serve corporate clients. I became interested in life/executive coaching while working as a corporate speech trainer. I graduated from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, CA with a coaching certificate in Individual and Organizational Coaching (CHIC). I coach clients around major life changes such as empty nesting, divorce, career transitions. My exposure to coaching sparked interest in going deeper into psychology. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts (license no. 6380). My counseling specialties include treating trauma and depression/anxiety in teens and adults and working with distressed couples. Recently I became a Wellness Coach trained by Wellcoaches, Inc.
